Comments Form
Comments form is a script written in PHP with MySQL as the database backend. The code is XHTML compliance and can be easily included in any web site by simply inserting a couple of lines on each. Script can inherit your template/web site design without a problem.
Any additional modifications/addons can be done wherever you need it.
This script is a simple PHP/MySQL written to support your site's visitor to left comments on your pages. You can put is anywhere on each page of your site.
It is XHTML compliance and has a seperate backend administration menu for easier modification. The script comes with free installation on your web site.

You can order by Page, Username, Subject, Comment and Date simply by clicking on it. You can also see all records into one page plus filtering on each column. Edit and Delete button is available right from each comment for easy access in case that you want to modify and comment. Pagination is also available.
